Your role as MD Head of Growth

Your mission is to grow the German business in a systematic and scalable way, across our loan and bond products. You will do so primarily by managing our issuer and lender relationship teams, who are responsible for onboarding new users and developing business with existing ones. You will be the senior counterpart for strategic clients and partners. You will engage with all other functions of the company to drive the right digital product improvement, branding & communication, legal structuring etc. You will report directly to the CEO.


Your skillset and attitude

To be successful in this role you need the following:

  • Required skillset:
    • Experience of scaling up a start-up business, ideally a fintech
    • Proven ability to create data-driven strategies and efficient scale-up processes
    • Proven team leader
    • Experience in a top tier bank or consultancy
    • Experience with debt products, loans, bonds, syndication, due diligence and companies’ financials
    • Very strong German and English communicator with the ability to represent the company in the German media and with the C-level of top institutions
    • Adequate experience to run a financial services institution

    Your employment contract:

    • You are based in Frankfurt and will have to travel regularly within Europe
    • You have an attractive compensation including equity, to be discussed as a function of your profile and experience
